Mariah Carey is now facing a legal claim from both her siblings over her memoir The Meaning of Mariah Carey. On March 3, a lawsuit was filed on behalf of Morgan Carey, who like his sister Alison, is claiming that statements in the book have caused him emotional distress. But unlike Alison, Morgan also is claiming that his reputation has been damaged by Mariah's allegation that he was involved in criminal activity, and that he tried to extort money from her after she signed a record deal.
